Notice that there are 3 shipping options, 2 of which are insured in case your package is lost or damaged.  Once your order is in the hands of USPS, Kayinem Metal Creations is no longer responsible for it. Refunds will not be issued for damage caused during mail transport. 

All Custom Orders and Sale Items are final. Be sure all items you are purchasing are the correct size/length.
